As the back-to-school routine settles into place, that means that the fall schedule of specialty business groups is upon us. As a business owner, we are often presented with a challenge or an opportunity and having resources to make those decisions are what the Chamber can provide. In Superior, we have a variety of groups to meet the different needs of our member businesses:
- The Wednesday Leads Group is the Superior Chamber’s first Leads Group startedover a decade ago. This is a dynamic group that meets every Wednesday to get to know each other, pass leads, provide professional introductions and network. Our goal is to build each others business by getting to know each other and provide referrals to drive each others business. View the list of group members
- The Superior Women in Business group invites all women in Superior, who have or represent a business, to attend this group that meets every second and fourth Thursday. The focus is to promote and expand opportunities for women in business through shared knowledge, leadership and advocacy; opportunities for continuous learning; and identifying business opportunities. The format consists of a calendar of speakers covering a wide range of business-related topics.
- Small Business Owners Mastermind Group meets the first and third Thursday morning of each month. This group is open to all Superior entrepreneurs and business owners and uses the “Mastermind Concept”, which was formally introduced by Napoleon Hill in the early 1900’s. He wrote about the Mastermind principle as: “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people who work toward a definite purpose.”
- The Superior Leads Group was crafted with the specific purpose of generating referrals, building new business and providing a collaborative environment to share best business practices for members of the group. Open to one member per profession. View the list of group members
