How & When?

Pick one of the two options below.

Option 1: Let us print your marketing collateral – read how. Send a digital file for us to print 1,000 pieces for you.

Email by July 5 to info@superiorchamber.com

Option 2: Deliver your own printed collateral or small promo item.

Deliver no more than 1,000 pieces ON July 6, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. to the Superior Chamber Business Center, 300 Center Drive in the Marketplace. (DO NOT deliver to the Town Hall. Deliveries will only be accepted ON July 6.)

Unique among area chambers is Superior’s Roof Top Drop.  The Town of Superior gives the Chamber special permission to deliver a bag of marketing materials to every house in Superior once each year.  We divide that up in quarters, delivering 800 – 1,000 bags every three months.  Our Platinum Members have their logos on the bags alongside the Chamber’s logo, and inside are promotional materials provided by participating members.

This is absolutely FREE to our Bronze Members and above. In 2022, we will be offering you to send us your digital content and we will print for you. Stay tuned for more information. We do the rest.  Area non-profit organizations assist us with the bag stuffing and delivery, such as Monarch student clubs and area sports clubs.  Inside each bag is a golden ticket with a chance to win a gift certificate from a participating member.

Most say that the value of the Roof Top Drop, alone, more than justifies their annual membership fee!  Find out when our next RTD is by emailing us.

New Resident Bags

Currently, about 800 new residents come to Superior each year. Whether they are moving into a brand new house or buying one previously-owned, they receive a bag from us welcoming them to town.  Inside is our Welcome to Superior Guide and marketing materials from member businesses.  All Bronze and above members are invited to be part of this outstanding marketing program for FREE as part of their membership.  To get your materials in this month’s bags, contact staff.

Welcome to Superior Guide!

It’s the only printed guide serving Superior.  Distributed to every household and at all area hotels, attractions, and Town Hall, the Welcome to Superior Guide is a must-have resource to get to know the amazing Town of Superior.  It also features a pull-out map that shows town businesses, trails, and landmarks!  Member businesses are listed in the Guide, and many choose to advertise because the Guide lives for an entire year.

Social Media, Online Directory, and Logo Use

Many of our members use the Chamber’s logo to draw attention to their community investment.  All chamber members are invited to use the Chamber’s logo in their online and print advertising, as well as on their own websites and social media. The Chamber’s website offers an online directory of members.  We also are heavily involved in social media with heavily-trafficked accounts on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Town Events

The Town of Superior hosts numerous events throughout the year, from the July 4th Parade & Pancake Festival to September’s annual Chili Fest event.  Recently, the Town hosted a drive-in concert!  At all of these events, the Chamber is present with both volunteers and exhibit booths, featuring area businesses.  As a Chamber member, you get first access to the promotional opportunities at these events and discount participation fees.

Hosting and Sponsorships

The Chamber has more than 80 events each year.  From our Bike to Work Day, to our Casino Night, to our online Silent Auction, you have numerous opportunities each year to show your support of the Chamber to the area’s leaders and influencers.  Many members host After Hours networking events, or they sponsor events like Women in Business or our Young Professionals gatherings.  New businesses can host a Ribbon Cutting or Grand Opening event to showcase their new enterprises.  Some businesses place advertisements in our e-newsletter. Contact Chamber staff to learn about the countless opportunities each year to showcase your business.
