Get the Most VALUE from Membership!


The Town of Superior supplies the Chamber with a list of new Superior residents. Each month, the Chamber delivers a reusable shopping bag to each new resident filled with information from the Town and from Chamber member businesses (Bronze Level and above). Some businesses put a brochure, but others put in a variety of useful household items from pens, to branded Post-It Notes, and more.

Platinum Investors have their logos on the bags as a benefit of their high level of support.  Our Ambassadors deliver nearly 850 bags each year, and this has become one of the most valuable benefits of membership in the Superior Chamber.

If you are a member business, please reach out to the staff to be sure your materials are being included in the bags. It’s a benefit of membership!


Probably the most popular of all Superior Chamber marketing programs is the Rooftop Drop.  Each year, every home in Superior receives a bag on their porch with fun materials from member businesses.  We break up the deliveries, doing one Rooftop Drop per quarter to 25% of the homes in Superior.

Each bag has a golden ticket.  Residents can then log onto the Chamber website to see if they won gift certificates donated each quarter by our member businesses.

That means your company gets in front of almost 5,000 homes each year! Bronze Level members and above pay nothing additional to be part of this program. You just supply the coupon, brochure, flyer, or another fun item each quarter. (Individual Members can buy into each quarter’s RTD for a fee).

The Chamber hires local non-profit organizations to assemble and deliver the bags each quarter.  It’s a valuable fundraiser for several local groups. Another win!

Each year, the Town of Superior has multiple events aimed at improving the quality of life for its residents. When the Town is planning an event, it calls on the Superior Chamber of Commerce to plan and implement the vendor opportunities at those events.

Currently, the two big events in town are the 4th of July Parade and Pancakes Festival and the Annual Chili Fest, held the Saturday after Labor Day each September. Both of these events are held at Community Park.

While exhibitor booths are available to both Chamber members and non-members, our members get significant discounts and first opportunity at prime space. Watch the Chamber’s website home page for links to upcoming events.

    3. Enter username (typically the email you entered upon enrollment)
    4. Enter password
    5. If you don’t remember this or get stuck email or contact us, we can reset your password and/or provide you with your user name.
  2. Entering Company information, logo, images, and links to your Chamber member page
    1. In your member account it will prompt you complete your information in the member profile section on the right-hand side (also you can go to company information on the left side). You can always update this information at any time. From the profile summary you can see whether all your information is complete by scrolling down to the bottom of the page. Make sure to have description of your business and category listed for best search results.
    2. Members at the Bronze level and above can upload a logo, images, and videos that appear on their member pages. You should make sure the Chamber staff has the correctly sized logo for our app.
  3. Register for a Chamber of community event
    1. From member home page click on events at top
    2. Scroll down to find the event you are looking for
    3. Click on the registration button
    4. Enter name and select fee amount
    5. If registering more than one person click on add attendee

    5. If we have questions we will call or email you
    6. Once we approve the event it will be posted on our website

  5. Sponsor an event?
    1. Bronze Level members and above may sponsor the Chamber’s signature events. Contact the staff to discuss possibilities available at a variety of budget levels.
  6. Participate in Rooftop Drop
    1. Our rooftop drop event occurs once every quarter.
    2. Bags with promotional items from our members are left on the doorsteps of approximately 1200 Superior residents each quarter – between 4,000-5,000 annually.
    3. Bronze Level and above members may provide the chamber with 1200 promotional items (each quarter) to go in these bags. These items may be a sticky pad, flyer, postcard, coupon, pen, lip balm, or the like. As long as it is appropriate and fits into our 8.5 x 11 inch bags, we will take it!
    4. Individual members can participate by providing a fee of $45 per quarter.
    5. Make sure you call the Chamber staff and get on the email distribution list that alerts participants of quarterly deadlines.
    6. Coupons are the best way we know to track the success of participation in RTD. We recommend that you use coupon expiration dates between six months and a year after distribution date to give residents maximum time to discover your business.
  7. What are New Resident welcome bags?
    1. The Chamber provides new residents with a reusable shopping bag filled with member items. Our Chamber Ambassadors deliver about 800-850 bags every year!
    2. Bronze Level and above members may provide the Chamber staff with items for these bags. Platinum Investors have their logos printed on the bags.
  8. How do I get more involved in the Chamber?
    1. Go to events!  There are more than 75 each year. The very best way to get the most out of your Chamber membership is to show up.
    2. Sponsor an event and increase your visibility.
    3. Join a Specialty Business Group like a leads group, Superior Women in Business, or our Small Business Owners Mastermind.  Look on our Calendar of Events for the next time they meet.
    4. Become an Ambassador!  This amazing group of members work the door at events and welcome new residents to Superior. They are vital to our mission.
