2021 Tax Return and Payment Extensions

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is giving those impacted by the Boulder County wildfires an extension to file their 2021 annual tax returns. For more information, visit the information page on the IRS website.

2022 Required Sick Leave for Employees

As of January 1, 2022, no employers – private or public – are exempt from providing paid sick leave to employees. Read more about the requirement on the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment webpage.
