About the Conference

Thursday, March 26, 2026

SuperiHER isn’t just a conference — it’s a catalyst for growth, visibility, and bold leadership.

Now in its 4th year, the SuperiHER Women’s Business Conference & Expo brings together nearly 200 driven and inspired women from across the region for a high-energy day of learning, connection, and opportunity. Join us on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Omni Interlocken Hotel in Broomfield, Colorado for one of Boulder County’s premier gatherings for women in business.

This year, we’re changing things up.

Our 2026 theme — Paint Your Power! Design Your Future. Color Your Path. — sets the tone for a more interactive and creative experience. From a vibrant event color palette reflected in the décor and hands-on activities to guided engagement moments throughout the day, the conference is designed to help each attendee actively shape their next chapter, not just think about it.

We’re also introducing a new featured element: SuperiHER Spark Talks — short, high-impact talks from dynamic voices designed to ignite fresh thinking, bold action, and practical momentum.

SuperiHER features powerhouse speakers, innovative leaders, and expert practitioners sharing real-world strategies on leadership, business growth, branding, visibility, and resilience. Our Expo showcases women-owned and women-led businesses, as well as small businesses and nonprofits that focus on supporting women, offering resources and services for business women and entrepreneurs — creating direct access to tools, support systems, and solution providers that help women succeed at every stage.

More than a one-day event, SuperiHER is a platform and a community — where women connect, get resourced, get visible, and step fully into their power.
