The best way to get the most out your Chamber membership is to engage with other members. This means coming to events, getting involved in leads groups, participating in our Small Business Owners Mastermind or Women in Business, and generally being visible!

Another great way is to become an Ambassador. Ambassadors are all-purpose helpers for the Chamber. They work the door at events. They volunteer to plan and implement big activities like the Chamber’s participation in Town events, Casino Night, or the Annual Awards. They deliver new resident welcome bags. They gather items for our Annual Online Silent Auction.

But most importantly, they reach out to other members on behalf of the Chamber. Sometimes, they are welcoming new members. They congratulate existing members on their anniversaries or business milestones. Mostly, they check in to see how other members are doing.

If you’d like to learn more about being an Ambassador for 2021, please let us know. The only requirements are a willingness to devote a few hours to the Chamber each month and a positive attitude. It also helps if you’ve been a member at least a year.
